Exact Solution of Nonlinear Behaviors of Imperfect Bioinspired Helicoidal Composite Beams Resting on Elastic Foundations

چکیده

This paper presents exact solutions for the nonlinear bending problem, buckling loads, and postbuckling configurations of a perfect an imperfect bioinspired helicoidal composite beam with linear rotation angle. The is embedded on elastic medium, which modeled by two foundation parameters. integro-differential governing equation system derived based Euler–Bernoulli hypothesis, von Kármán strain, initial curvature. Laplace transform its inversion are directly applied to solve equations. deflections under point uniform loads derived. Closed-form formulas critical as well responses beams deduced in detail. proposed model validated previous works. In numerical results section, effects angle, amplitude imperfection, constants, boundary conditions bending, discussed. can be utilized analysis bio-inspired structures that used many energy-absorption applications.
